REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS & EVENT DETAILS

MANDATORY REGISTRATION CLOSES THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2025, 11:59 PM

Registration Details:  

  • Varsity for all divisions, 5 on a Team

  • Please register whether you have had your section contest or not.  Once registration closes, we can't add the registration.

  • Mandatory Registration ends Thursday, April 17th at 11:59 p.m. 

  • Registration Instructions: Each high school can bring a maximum of one student in each area (Carpentry, Electricity, Welding, Ag Power, and Surveying). Only students who placed first individually or as part of a first-place section team are allowed to compete at state.  

  • Please enter the students’ names into the registration form as soon as possible and definitely before the contest.

  • Submitted Registrations Changes: If your registration has been submitted and has not closed, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org with your changes or let us know if you can no longer attend. If the registration is closed, please utilize the Trading Post.

  • Trading Post: The school that buys the registrations will pay the school that sells them. The school that registers through the website will pay the original IAVAT Invoice. Note: If you are a non-IAVAT member, you must pay the difference to the IAVAT. The students' names can be given on-site.

  • All students are to go to the Performance Arts Building first, they will be led to their buildings and then walk back to the Performance Arts Building.

  • Non-competing current middle/high school observers will NOT be permitted to attend the contest(s).


CostIAVAT Member (dues must be paid): $12/Student OR Non-IAVAT Member $48/Student
