This year the Manteno FFA is selling FFA holiday apparel. Proceeds will be donated to the IL FFA Foundation! Just change the contact information on the word document attached. All individual orders are due back to the FFA Advisor for the chapter selling. Attached is a google form for advisors to fill out their BULK orders, that is due to Corinne Batterman, by noon on November 13th. There is a quick turn around with orders to be sent in because I have to package and mail out! 

 

So if you want to order or sell for your chapter:

 

1. Use the attached word order form and fill out the contact information for your chapter for INDIVIDUAL orders that you sell within your chapter. 

2. Complete the BULK order for your chapter by submitting (carefully) the google form by NOON on Friday, November 13th. - https://forms.gle/bqy1CdV6pKXpeAFp8

3. Send payment to Manteno High School, attn Corinne Batterman 443 North Maple Street Manteno IL 60950

4. Once I ship out your order I will send you a total for shipping.
