 Quick reminder that GATA Periodic Reports will be released on July 1 and are due for the Ag Incentive Funding Grant and the 3 Circles Teacher Grants on July 30th. 

Here are a few helpful hints to assist in completing these reports:

*Remember, you will also need to upload proof of 400 hours of work completed by the teacher outside of the contracted school day. Teachers should have been documenting this information in the Agricultural Education Tracker (AET) Teacher Journal throughout the year. Teachers are able to download this information to provide to you for submission. Make sure the date range on the report is 7/1/2024-6/30/2025. 

*You will also need to upload a letter on school letterhead stating that the teacher was paid the allocation from 3 Circles in addition to the school’s portion of the grant that is signed by the teacher and superintendent. An example can be found here.
