IAVAT Member Services Committee will once again be coordinating a Silent Auction with proceeds benefitting the Crisis Relief Fund. Donations should be dropped off during Conference registration.

2023 Donations Requests
Sip & Snack Auction - IAVAT Advocacy Committee will be hosting a Sip & Snack Auction in conjunction with the Trivia Night on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 to benefit the Advocacy Fund and Bill Johnson Legislative Internship Fund. Dessert, snack, and beverage contributions are appreciated and will be collected during Conference Registration. Items purchased at the auction will be allowed to be consumed during the Trivia Night.
*Refrigeration is NOT guaranteed to be available when considering contributions

Door Prizes - IAVAT Member Services Committee will once again be coordinating door prizes for each business session and the Town Hall during Conference. Each section is encouraged to bring donations to conference registration.

Guests:
Guest Registration is now open for the 2023 IAVAT Conference. Click here to submit guest registration for the event. As a reminder, guests only pay for the individual meal functions they attend. Please be sure to enter your name and company/title (if relevant) under the first line item "Guest Registration (Required)".

Food Allergies/Vegetarian Meals: Please complete this food allergy form for the meals that the teacher, guest, and/or children are attending to accommodate their food allergy/vegetarian meal request.

After June 1, 2023, full conference registrations will have a $50 late fee automatically added to your registration fees. Individual meals will have a $10 late fee added to the meal cost.

Trading Post Garage Sale - Please utilize the IAVAT Conference Garage Sale to buy, sell, trade extra items that you may have or need. You can also buy/sell additional registrations and/or meal tickets.
