Cultivating Conversations      
Are your FFA members looking for a place to feel valued and embraced for who they are and their experiences?  Looking for a place to have conversations that cultivate an environment that allows every FFA member to recognize and explore their differences?  How about a place to welcome every FFA member's contribution to our FFA Family and the agriculture industry?  Suppose your members answered yes to any of these questions. In that case, they are looking for the Cultivating Conversations Room at the 95th Annual Illinois FFA State Convention in Room B7, the lower level of the Bank of Springfield Center.  In the Cultivating Conversations Room, FFA members can learn more about Chapter Exchange opportunities, themselves, and others.  They can discover opportunities to enhance their personal growth and have authentic conversations with other FFA members, all the while embracing differences with other FFA members as well as, discovering similarities and cultivating kindness.  

The Cultivating Conversations Room will feature four unique areas:  Chapter Exchange Program & Chapter Shout Out; Be the Change – Change Starts with You; Conversation Corner, and a “walk” through the history of the NFA.

The Cultivating Conversations Room is open on Tuesday, from 10:00 am. to 12:45 pm and 3:30 pm. to 6:15 pm, Wednesday, from 11:45 am to 1:45pm, and Thursday, from 11:00am to 12:45pm.
