1.  Lock Box Practicums and Activities

Remember those fun lock box activities the state FFA officer team did a couple of years ago?  If so, click here to view the 2017 - 2018 Lock Box Curriculum.  If not, be sure to check them out, there are activities for FFA History, Parliamentary Procedure, FFA Alumni, Official FFA Dress, FFA Emblem and CDE/LDEs.  The link is now on the website under Teach>Educator Resources>Teacher Toolbox and far bottom right hand corner of the page.

2. National FFA Convention Concert Tickets

The rescheduled sale time for all concert and rodeo tickets is Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. EDT. The following information may be useful for ag teachers that intend to purchase tickets at this new date.

• Use the original link in your convention registration confirmation email to access the ticket sales

• Additional purchasing instructions will be placed on the convention Entertainment page and emailed to all previous buyers

• Only Ticketmaster-approved payment methods will be accepted

• Only 50 tickets may be purchased per transaction. If you need more than 50 tickets, plan to complete multiple transactions.

• All previous purchases are being refunded by Ticketmaster. Please contact Ticketmaster directly if you have questions or issues.

• Be sure to only choose the ticket insurance option if you think you’ll need it

The previous sale of concert and rodeo tickets was canceled due to quantity selection issues. All previous purchases are currently being refunded. Contact Ticketmaster if you have questions about your refund.

3.  Cardinals Tickets & Shirts Pick-up for Sunday, September 29, 2019

Are you going to the Cardinals game this weekend for Illinois FFA day with the Cardinals?  If so and you don’t already have your tickets and/or shirts the Illinois FFA Center staff will be in the parking lot EAST of Gate 1 with tickets and shirts from Noon to 2:00 p.m.  Click here to view a map of where that parking lot and Gate 1 are located.  Click here to view where to see the general area of where your seats are located.  

4.  Registering for Events

To Register for an Event and/or Print the Invoice:

1. Log-In to www.ilaged.org

2. Click the Gold Button in the Top Right Corner of the page that reads - IL AgEd Online 

3. Click Event Registration located on the LEFT hand side of the page under Dashboard (below FFA Rosters)

There are 3 choices:

1. Upcoming Events (Open Registrations)

   • Click the Event - Once you click the event you can register, view the event details, and print the forms for the event.

   • To Register - Click "Edit" for each question that applies to your registration.  Then register the total number attending and click save.

   • Once done, Click "Submit Registration".

   • To view/print your invoice, Click "Event Registration", Under Summary PDF click the Red PDF of your Invoice.

2. Change a Submitted Registration - changes and/or deletions to a registration must be completed while the registration is open.  Please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org to un-submit your registration.  

   • Once the registration is unsubmitted, follow the instructions above and edit your totals that were first submitted.

   • Once you have made your changes, click "Submit Registration".  You must submit registration, otherwise, you are not registered for the event.

   • To view/print your invoice, Click "Event Registration", Under Summary PDF click the Red PDF of your Invoice to review the changes, and submit the invoice to your bookkeeper.

3. Past Events (Closed Registrations) - When an event registration closes it can be found under this tab.

   • Click Past Events

   • Click the Event to view what you have registered, see event details, and print required forms for the event.

   • If you are unable to attend the event, please utilize the Trading Post.  You will still need to pay the IL FFA Center for what you sell on the Trading Post.  Please have the school that buys your registrations to pay you directly.

Outstanding Account Balances:

1. Log-In to www.ilaged.org

2. Click the Gold Button in the Top Right Corner of the page that reads - IL AgEd Online 

3. Click Account Balances

4. Click the Entity with the outstanding balance (in red)

Under the tab, you can:

• View/Print Your Invoice - Click the underlined PDF Invoice

• Pay by Credit Card - Click New Credit Card Payment

• If you have several open invoices for that entity, click "Generate Account Summary" to view/print all outstanding balances for that entity.

5.  Illinois FFA Rosters DEADLINE Extended to OCTOBER 15, 2019

Click here to view the listserv sent by Luke Allen on September 4, 2019, about entering students into the roster system.  PLEASE NOTE - the deadline is EXTENDED to October 15, 2019.  Also note, we are finalizing the administrator approval process to be completed online, stay tuned for further instructions on that process, the goal is for that to be easy - with a click or two from your Administrator.  The Administrator online approval is due by November 15, 2019.  The FFA Chapter check or payment of dues must be received by the Illinois FFA Center by November 15, 2019, for IFGA approval status.
