Illinois FFA Virtual Convention - Live Streaming Link

• NOTICE:  The Introduction of the Session Chair/s takes place at 6:00 p.m. and the actual session takes place at 7:00 p.m. every evening we are premiering the 92nd Annual Illinois FFA Convention Sessions.  Some days we will also premier convention promos during the day, but ALL session content with the exception of the Elections tomorrow night at 5:00 p.m. are set to Premier at 7:00 p.m.

1. FY21 Section Fair Contract Instructions

Fiscal Year - July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021

All schools need to complete this section fair contract whether you plan to participate in a section fair or not.  

1. Deadline is 30 days from the date of release or prior to the first section fair of the new fiscal year, whichever comes first.

2. Page 1:

   1. Teacher’s Name & Section Number

3. Page 3, Question #17:

   1. Complete Teacher’s Name & FFA Chapter’s Name

   2. Complete the EIN # - This is a 9 digit number that begins with 2 numbers and then has a dash.  Ex.  37-0000000 (This number does not begin with an E.)

   3. Complete Entity Type

4. Both the Teacher & Administrator must sign & date the contract.

5. Upload all 3 pages to https://www.ilaged.org

   1. Sign-In, click IL AgEd Online, under Dashboard/Ag Ed Fair System, Click Chapter Contracts.

   2. Browse your system for your PDF File to upload.  It will take a few seconds to upload the contract.  Once that is done, click “Upload Contract” to finish the process.

6. If you have any questions or issues with uploading the fair contract, please email Patti Davis at pdavis@illinoisffa.org.  Patti is currently working from home during the Phase 3 Illinois FFA Center staffing schedule. If you are having issues, please send her an email with your phone number and she’ll call you back.

2. State Ag Business CDE Results
