2021 District Agriscience Fair Upload Instructions

Purpose/Procedure Uploads Due - April 9, 2021

Please note that you must cancel any registrations by April 15, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

Please create a single PDF with the following information for EACH PROJECT.  If a project has been entered in the wrong category or lacks agricultural relevance, the project document will be rejected and details will be sent to the student and teacher with means to correct the issue. 

1. What to Include in the Document: 

   1. Participant(s) First/Last Names

   2. Participant(s) Email(s) - Please list an email address where the student can receive information and competition updates. Not all school email addresses will allow for outside emails. 

   3. FFA Advisor’s Name(s)/Email(s)

   4. Division

   5. Category 

      1. Animal Systems

      2. Environmental Services / Natural Resource Systems

   7. Project Purpose - Limit to 500 Characters

   8. Project Procedure - Limit to 1,000 Characters

2. Naming the Document:

Each document should be titled with the FFA Chapter Name, Student(s) Name(s), Agriscience Division Number and Category.

3. Uploading the Document:

   1. Go to www.ilaged.org

   2. Sign-In/Click the gold “IL Aged Online” button 

   3. Under Dashboard, click “Event Registration” next to the calendar icon

   4. Find and click on “Agriscience Fair Registration”

   5. Scroll down the screen and find “Documents” near the bottom

   6. Click +Upload Document

   7. Choose file from your computer

   8. Click Upload File. Be sure to upload one document per project.
